Shipping & fulfillment

Nothing sits in a warehouse. Every piece is made on demand — printed for your order and shipped from our print partner. Most orders arrive within 10–14 days from the time you order. You'll receive tracking once it ships. The wait is the work: the mark is made only once it is claimed.

Returns & exchanges

Returns or exchanges accepted within 30 days on orders shipped within the United States, for items unworn and in their original packaging only. To start one, reach us through the contact form with your order number and whether you want a return or an exchange.

International orders are final sale. Because each piece is made on demand and ships worldwide, international orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sizing & care

Our tees run oversized by design — relaxed, drop-shoulder. Take your usual size for the intended fit, or size down for something closer. Full measurements are on each product's size chart.

To care for the print: machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and like colors. Non-chlorine bleach only when needed. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary — never iron the print. Do not dry clean. The mask endures. Treat it accordingly.

Questions

Why does shipping take longer than other stores?
Because nothing is pre-made. Each piece is printed for your order, not pulled from a shelf. That's the 10–14 day window — production and delivery together.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Reach out through the contact form as soon as possible. Once a piece enters production it can't be changed or cancelled, so speed matters.

My order arrived damaged or flawed. What now?
Contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right.

How do the sizes run?
Oversized and relaxed. Usual size for that look, one down for a closer fit. Check the size chart on the product page.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Every piece is made on demand and shipped worldwide from our print partner. International orders can take up to several weeks to arrive, depending on destination, and any import duties or taxes charged on arrival are the buyer's responsibility. International orders are final sale — see returns below.
